Finally we can bloody talk about it!

The Comics Journal’s online presence has taken a turn for the better in the form of the Comics Comics crew. Dan Nadel and Tim Holder are at the controls and the comics world is a cooler, more arty place. Good luck, fellas. Long may you reign.

But the big news? The big news is that a certain Poodle will now be blogging over there as well as over here, so if you’ve ever wondered what the guy Grant Morrison described as channelling the Invisibles actually thinks about Morrison’s magnum opus, well… check this out

Occasionally, certain men of a certain age will run out of things to say to each other. Conversation grinds to a dry halt, and the only course of action is to resort to a comfortable zone of the collective consciousness, and wallow in the soft haze of nostalgia, of endless Saturday mornings in pyjamas, and Robots in Disguise. Let us call this place the Transformers Room. If you crack the door open and gently peer in, you can see the Mindless Ones sitting around, comparing their first Transformers and touching their winkies with excitement. Awwwwww! Come on, let’s go and join them…

Then there’s some rambling chat about Mark Millar, Marvel Ultimate stuff, The Authority, Bryan Hitch, Warren Ellis, Freak Angels, The Boys, Garth Ennis, Unknown Soldier, Jesse Custer’s hair and white jeans,  Peter Milligan and Hellblazer. Then the battery ran out and we all went home to bed and it was all a dream.  Or was it?  Of course it wasn’t, you can hear it here:
