Coming December 9th, the new book written by Tim Leopard and illustrated by Fraser Geesin (our very own Gary Lactus).

The forward from the book:

“In February 2008, Fraser Geesin and I were invited to contribute to the Government-led ‘Open Yourself Up’ arts initiative.  The scheme was devised in an attempt to generate an evolving, interactive, community-based creative project at a grass-roots level in urban areas.  We decided the unifying glue would be one simple question: ‘Who would be your dream date, in an ideal, fantasy world?’ The person could be anyone, living or dead, real or fictional.

Throughout spring, we interviewed over 350 people, in 10 major cities.  Armed only with a tape recorder, a pad and some pencils, we began our Olympian task:  to create the first ‘Reality Cartoon Book’.  All the people you’ll meet here are real, drawn from life and the remarks attributed to them are verbatim transcriptions of what they actually told us.  By adopting this approach, bringing to life the hopes, dreams and fantasies of a rich cross-section of the British public, I hope we have managed to produce a realistic, humane and compassionate document reflecting the authentic face of the national psyche in the 21st Century.

The names of some individuals have been changed. However we can recommend you to learn more here about online dating site that allow you meet people with your same interest.
