Really liked this. Never heard Fabry intviewed before, nor did I know about his cut in the Preacher deal. Quite unfortunate.
Wondered about his friendly competition with Simon Bisley. The Biz once said that Fabry was aiming to top everything Simon had done, to which he replied “In a way, I’ve already won, haven’t I?”

It’s weird though Biz and Fabry are such different artists – Biz is pure visceral energy, there’s not really much referencing going on there. Fabry has a more European vibe to my mind – his b+w art has always floated my boat more too.

Bisley is peurile shit compared to Fabry.
Arrogant upstart.
