A brand new Cindy & Biscuit 1-pager for all of you. Enjoy, and head over to Milk The Cat if you want to buy their comics…

This one was done for the programme of this year’s wonderful Caption Comics Festival, a truly unique and wonderful event – part comics symposium, part ramshackle village fete, it’s a real treat. I was on a panel talking about Cindy & Biscuit this year, so thanks to Alex Fitch for inviting me!

Aw. His transformation cog must’ve bost. :(

Caption really is great. Been too long since I’ve been. Heh: since before Phonogram v.1 #1, in fact. I used to send comics down for the free table, but didn’t get around to it this year. Looking forward to hearing Alex’s recording of the panel (title?).

  2. Aleph Says:

Gah. Maybe it’s way too much time into my 30s living with giant transforming robots in my head but this is actually one of the twitch-inducingest things I’ve seen from Cindy and Biscuit. Well-done.

Are there enough of these for another Cindy & Biscuit comic yet ? Maybe #4 in time for Christmas ?

  6. The Beast Must Die Says:

I hope to have no.4 ready for Thought Bubble in November. Collecting all the one pagers and a few other things.

It’ll then be on sale to everyone else just after that.

  7. Thrills Says:

This is horrible. I can completely imagine the exact sound the robot’s making, and I don’t like it one bit.

My pleasure! The panel – somewhat ironically when paired with this C&B – was called “SF comics for kids”… Broadcast / podcast early next year.
